All employees receive a base salary intended to compensate for the skills, experience and efforts required to complete employment objectives to a high standard relative to the market. We hire the best and brightest out there, which means that we pay higher rates than average compared to market. As the skills and experience of an employee increase over time, they are recognized and rewarded with increases in salary. All MKS employees participate in an incentive program related to their personal and team performance.

MKS employees know how to have a good time! We enjoy many celebrations throughout the year including holiday parties, picnics, teambuilding events and tons of sports team outings (hockey, soccer, volleyball, etc.). Our Charity Committee organizes all sorts of fund-raising activities including chili lunches, pot lucks and food drives to support local charities that matter to our staff. Employees are encouraged to get involved and make every day at MKS a great one!
